Refunds & Cancellations

At The Marshall Muse Gallery, we strive to provide exceptional art experiences. To ensure smooth operations and maintain the quality of our programs, we've established the following refund and cancellation policies:

Children’s Programs

  • Camps (Single-Day & Multi-Day)

    • No refunds are provided for missed camp days due to illness or absence.

    • If a child cannot attend an entire camp week due to illness or a family emergency, we will offer to transfer their enrollment to another available week, provided we receive advance notice.

    • No refunds will be given for behavior-related dismissals.

    • For absences due to illness, we will prepare a take-home activity package (materials may vary from in-camp projects).

  • Kids’ Art Classes (Six-Week & Full-Year Sessions)

    • No refunds or pro-rated fees are offered for missed classes.

    • Our sessions are designed with flexibility for occasional absences.

  • Kids’ Workshops & Kids Night Out

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit towards a future workshop.

    • No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Adult Programs

  • Paint & Sip / Creative Workshops

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or credit towards a future event.

    • No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • Adult Art Classes (Six-Week Sessions)

    • No refunds or pro-rated fees are offered for missed classes.

    • If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness), a make-up session will be scheduled.

  • Yoga & Wellness Classes

    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for credit towards a future session.

    • No refunds are provided for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Private Parties & Event Rentals

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund or rescheduling option.

  • No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

  • No refunds are provided for no-shows or same-day cancellations.

  • Extreme Weather Policy: In the event of severe weather conditions that force closure of the gallery, the event may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional charge. No refunds will be given.

General Attendance and Absence Policies

  • Sick Policy & Family Emergencies (Children's Programs):

    • If your child becomes sick during camp, we do not offer refunds. However, we will provide a take-home activity package aligned with the camp theme.

    • If your child is unable to attend a full week of camp due to illness or family emergency, we can transfer enrollment to another open week, with advanced notice.

  • Behavior Policy (Children's Programs):

    • We expect respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants.

    • If disruptive behavior leads to dismissal, no refunds or credits will be provided.

  • General Absences:

    • We do not offer refunds, pro-rated fees, or make-up days for general absences (vacations, scheduling conflicts, etc.) for any of our classes and camp programs.

Weather & Emergency Closures

  • Weather-Related Closures:

    • If the gallery closes due to extreme weather, registered participants will receive a credit for a future class or event. No refunds will be issued.

    • Private party or event rentals impacted by severe weather will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Emergency Situations:

    • If the gallery closes unexpectedly due to an emergency, registered participants will be notified with rescheduling options. No refunds will be given.
