What to Know In Advance
Although each of our offerings have unique elements that make them stand out from the others, some aspects you can generally expect: we provide supplies, things usually get messy, and etc. This page will help you understand the general expectations, and the class, camp and workshops pages will delve more deeply into expectations. Read on and get ready to enjoy learning and creating!
General Information, Applies to All Ages & Offerings
Dress for the Mess! We provide aprons, but we encourage you to wear clothes that can handle a little paint, glue, or creative splatter.
Supplies Included: All necessary art supplies are included unless otherwise noted in the class/camp/workshop description. Just bring your creativity!
Refreshments: Our beverage bar and snack station are open during gallery hours and larger art events. Enjoy a sip and a snack while you create.
Continue the Creativity: If you're feeling inspired, we have art supplies available for purchase so you can continue the fun at home.
Punctuality: Classes, camps, and workshops start on time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and settle in.
All Ages Welcome (Generally): Many of our offerings are family-friendly. Please check the specific age recommendations for each class, camp, or event. Projects are often designed to engage both kids and adults.
Kids' Art Camps
Get ready for a week of creative fun at The Marshall Muse Gallery's art camps for kids! Here's what to know:
Camp Schedule: Our camps run for the full week, typically Monday through Friday. Specific daily times will be listed in the camp description.
What to Bring: While all art supplies are included, campers should bring a water bottle and a snack. Please check the camp description for any specific requests.
Camp Themes: Each week of camp features a unique and exciting theme. Check our website for the summer's schedule!
Drop-off and Pick-up: Please be prompt for drop-off and pick-up times. We will have a designated area for sign-in and sign-out.
Showcase: At the end of the week, we'll often have a mini-showcase for campers to share their creations with family and friends. Details will be shared during the week.
Kids' Art Classes & Workshops (Short Sessions)
Looking for a shorter creative experience? Our kids' art classes and workshops are ideal! Here's what to know:
Class Length: These classes typically last a few hours. Check the class description for the exact duration.
Age Appropriateness: Each class will have a recommended age range. Please make sure your child is within that range for the best experience.
Project Focus: Classes will focus on a specific art medium or project. Details will be listed in the class description.
Parent Participation: Some classes may encourage parent participation, while others may be drop-off only. Please check the class description for details.
Kids’ Parties
STEP 1:
Select the date and time you would like to schedule your party.
Max 24 Creators
Choose your creative art project from our preapproved list or share if you have another creative idea we will do our best to make it work.
Let us know about any addons you would like.
COST: Kids’ Parties start at $275 for 10 children.
$30 for each additional child.
2 HRS reserved Party area.
All supplies for the project.
*** 15% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED on the day of your event along with any upgrades such as cupcake palettes or photo ops.
STEP 2:
Select the # of guests you'll have.
You'll pay $75.00 to make your reservation.
Please share our policies and waiver info with all participants. If they sign up to join our list they will receive a special gift and so will you for helping us grow our creative community.
You'll pay the remaining balance the day of your party PLUS 15% Gratuity.
Additional upgrades/add-ons may be added to your ticket when you checkout.
Party Details:
Staff will go over instructions and check in on your progress periodically.
You may arrive 15 minutes prior to party time to set up.
Arriving late does not extend your reservation time.
All parties are allowed 2 hours of fun.
Feel free to bring any food or non alcoholic beverages.
Please bring your own paper products, Birthday candles, etc.
Use our photo op area to take fun photos of your guest with their art and the guest of honor.
Let parents know they can visit the gallery while the party is happening, grab a cup of coffee, tea or beverage and sit in our Sip & See Gallery Cafe.
Adults' Offerings (Classes, Paint-and-Sips, Workshops, Etc.)
Unleash your inner artist with our adult classes, paint-and-sips, and workshops! Here's what to know:
Variety of Offerings: We offer a wide range of classes and workshops for adults, from beginner-friendly to more advanced. Paint-and-sip events are a fun and social way to create art.
Skill Level: Each class or workshop will specify the skill level required (e.g., beginner, intermediate, advanced).
Materials: All necessary materials are included unless otherwise stated in the class description.
Relax & Enjoy: Our adult offerings are designed to be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Come ready to learn, create, and socialize!
Food & Beverages (Create & Sips): Our beverage bar is open by request, offering a selection of drinks for adults. While outside drinks are not permitted, you’re welcome to bring in food to enjoy while you paint. Looking for catering options? We have partnerships with local caterers who can provide delicious food for your art gathering — just reach out to us for details! Check event descriptions for details.
Adults' Private Parties
Step 1: Choose Your Party Details

Minimum: 8 guests | Maximum: Varies by space
Kids Classroom: Up to 24 creators (included in price)
Adult Classroom: Up to 12 creators (included in price)
Sip & See Café: Up to 16 creators ($75 fee)
Main Gallery: Up to 36 guests ($150 fee, after hours only)
Outdoor Space: Up to 36 guests ($150 fee weather permitting)
2. Pick Your Creative Project Choose from our curated list of creative art projects or share your own idea—we’ll do our best to bring it to life!
3. Customize Your Experience Enhance your party with optional add-ons like cupcake palettes, beverage bar, catered treats, photo ops, extra time and more!
Step 2: Pricing & Packages
Adult Parties: Start at $35 per person (Average: $35 + depending on the project and materials).
Private Party Spaces: 3 hrs including set up and clean up.
No additional fee for parties in the Adult or Kids classrooms (when available).
$75 fee for the Sip & See Café.
$150 fee for the Main Gallery (available after regular business hours only).
$150 fee for outside area (weather permitting).
Extended hours available $75 per hour.
Step 3: Secure Your Party
Reserve your date with a $75 non-refundable deposit.
Finalize your guest list: Minimum of 8 guests required.
Payment options:
Let guests pay individually (all payments due 72 hours before the party).
If you are paying the bill total numbers and balance due 72 hrs prior to your party.
Final due on the day of the party, including gratuity, taxes, and any extras.
Cash bar available by request or you can plan and pre purchase for your party at a discounted cost.
What to Expect on Party Day
Arrive 15 minutes early for setup. Clean-up must be completed within 15 minutes after the event.
2.5 hours of creative fun – Late arrivals will not extend your reservation time.
Bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. (Don’t forget paper products, candles, etc.)
Enjoy our photo-op area for capturing fun memories with your guests and their creations.
Guests are welcome to explore the gallery during the party.

Private ART Event Packages for Larger Groups: (this is in addition to your project cost)
$1,200 – Full indoor & outdoor access, including staff (bartender, instructor, front desk). Ideal for multi-projects and team-building.
$800 – Full indoor access, including staff. Perfect for corporate events and larger celebrations. Classrooms only when available.
$500 – Main Gallery & Sip & See Café with full staff support.
Reservation Details:
4-hour reservation: Includes 60 minutes for setup/cleanup + 3 hours of creative time.
Instructor and helper included – We guide your group through the creative process.
Bartender, and front desk greater - ready to help make it the most creative ever.
All art supplies provided for your selected project.
