Access a rotating gallery of local art. Find the perfect pieces for your space, from The Marshall Muse Gallery! Our Corporate Art Rental Program provides businesses with a dynamic and engaging way to enhance their offices, lobbies, and conference spaces while directly supporting local artists. Through this program, we offer a three-month rotation contract, allowing businesses to display curated artwork with two flexible options:

  1. Pay 10% of the retail value of the artwork per rotation period.

  2. Guarantee a purchase of a set number of pieces at retail value at the end of the contract

For example, if your business displays 20 pieces for three months, you can either pay 10% of their total retail value for the rental or commit to purchasing at least two pieces at full price before the next rotation. We offer up to four refreshes per year, ensuring your space remains visually engaging and inspiring for both employees and visitors.

How It Works:

  • Curation & Installation: The Marshall Muse Gallery will work with you to select pieces that fit your company’s aesthetic and branding. Our team will handle hanging, sales facilitation, and any payments on sold works.

  • All Art is Available for Purchase: Employees and visitors may purchase displayed pieces at any time, with the gallery handling transactions and dispersing proceeds to artists.

  • Signage & Promotion: Businesses must include visible signage promoting the gallery, the artist(s), and details on how to purchase the artwork.

  • Insurance Requirement: All companies must carry insurance for the artwork and provide proof of coverage before installation.
