No matter where you are on your movement journey, our classes are designed to meet you where you are, gently guiding you toward your personal goals with mindfulness, strength, and intention. Whether you’re a beginner learning the foundations, or an experienced yogi deepening your practice, our classes encourage you to listen to your body, honor your limits, and grow at your own pace in an environment that feels safe, inspiring, and uplifting.

The Art of Ease: Mindful Morning with Melissa

6:30-7:30AM

Start your day with intention and peace. This gentle morning yoga class combines mindful movement with guided meditation and powerful intention setting. Awaken your body, calm your mind, and align with your purpose for the day ahead. All levels welcome.

Ignite & Elevate Vinyasa with Melissa

8:00 -9:00AM

Ready to spark your inner strength? This dynamic vinyasa flow class is designed to challenge and inspire intermediate practitioners. We'll build heat, explore progressive sequences, and deepen your practice, leaving you feeling strong, energized, and uplifted. Expect creative transitions, longer holds, and opportunities to elevate your edge.

Canvas of Calm: Breath & Body Connect with Melissa

9:30-10:30AM

This inclusive vinyasa flow class welcomes everyone, regardless of experience. We'll explore fundamental yoga postures and sequences, with a strong focus on mindful alignment, to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications are always offered, allowing you to practice at your own pace. Come as you are and discover mindful movement in a supportive space.

This inclusive vinyasa flow class welcomes everyone, regardless of experience. We'll explore fundamental yoga postures and sequences, with a strong focus on mindful alignment, to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications are always offered, allowing you to practice at your own pace. Come as you are and discover mindful movement in a supportive space.

The Art of Balance with Debbie

8:00-9:00AM

Start your day with a grounding and intentional practice. This class moves at a mindful pace, giving you time to build a strong foundation of alignment, stability, and strength. Wake up your body and mind without feeling rushed. This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations to meet you where you are.

Strength & Flexibility with Debbie

9:30-10:30AM

This yoga class is a dynamic and balanced practice designed to help you build physical power while also improving your range of motion. It combines the physical challenges of a typical vinyasa class with the deep, lengthening stretches of more restorative styles.  This class is suitable for all levels, offering modifications and variations to meet you where you are.

The Art of Ashtanga with Debbie

5:45-6:45PM

This class links breath with movement, starting with the set primary sequence and then exploring a variety of poses from later in the series. It's a dynamic form of yoga, modified to suit the modern body.  If you have a good foundation of yoga and are ready to deepen your practice, this is the class for you!

Thursdays

Muse in Motion: Friday Power Hour with Melissa

6:30-7:30AM

Kickstart your Friday with this high-energy combo! This class blends the dynamic strength of Power Yoga with invigorating fitness exercises to boost your metabolism, build lean muscle, and enhance flexibility. Expect a challenging sequence designed to ignite your body and prepare you for a powerful weekend. All levels welcome, with modifications offered.

Taijiquan/Qi Gong with Michael

9:30-10:30AM

Take control of your health & wellbeing with Yang Hsu Taijiquan. This class is open to all levels of “committed” students who would like to learn about Taijiquan/ Qi Gong practices. We will integrate the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Western Medicine to assist our own individual healing processes. Yang Hsu Taijiquan provides us the opportunity to improve our body awareness, balance, coordination, strength, breathing, immune system and cognitive abilities. You may also improve your ability to sense, gather, store and move our internal vital energy called Qi to enhance our physical, mental-emotional & emotional-spiritual wellness.

Saturdays

Sundays

Moving Meditation Tai Chi with Jenny

4:15- 5:15PM

This is a beginner class that consists of slow, gentle, soft, circular movements woven together into a martial arts sequence called “Yang style form”.  Start your week off right by relaxing the mind and body and feeling interconnected in community. Excellent for balance, memory, inner calm, and overall vitality.

Moonlight Glow Flow with Debbie Every 4th Sunday starting on Sept 7th

5:30-6:30PM (Select Sundays)

Step into our Full Moon Yoga sanctuary – a place for community, connection, and powerful grounding.  This unique yoga experience is an invitation to release any chaotic lunar energy, helping you find your center amidst the celestial pull. You'll leave feeling profoundly cleansed, rejuvenated, and radiating from within. A basic understanding of yoga postures will enhance your experience.

Class is scheduled for November 2nd, December 7th, January 4th, February 1st, March 1st & 29th, May 3rd & 31st
